google_test: update project files and tag for v1.0.0-rc1

v1.0.0-rc1 of npp-community needs to have available to it the updated project files for Google Test, so prior to tagging the npp-community rc1 this needs to be done.

    In progress, the update had already gone through the process up to candidate prior to having lighthouse and flow worked out, so this just updates the ticket to the correct state.
