README should tell people we use LightHouse

Since the project page 'Issues' doesn't look like it can be 'redirected' to the lighthouseapp page the README should contain the URL so it is displayed on the main Github source site as well as be available in downloads.

This has been done and merged into master for the next time the repo is pushed.
