Fix broken build when using Win 7 SDK

Using Win 7 SDK breaks the build with linker errors.
After discussing this with Joce on #notepad++ it was decided that the removal of the unused Linker includes should be removed which fixed everything except the uuid.lib corrupt debugging issue with VS2005 which was fixed using the MS hotfix for Visual Studio 2005.
It was also agreed this should go on top of the integration ( #45 ) prior to the promotion of the next and pu items.
