[NEW] Hiding the fold margin

Some people do not consider the fold margin to be useful, and would trade it for more screen real estate. This has been requested several times in the N++ forums.

Attahed file is a patch against SVN revv 628 that adds same ability.

    This was implemented in SVN trunk @ 643.
