Fix Lint error 438
"error 438: Warning -- Last value assigned to variable '' not used.
Lint is confused about var args, so the var args code in
npp_debug.cpp -
FuncGuard::printf() has been linted out.
The cmdID in ShortcutMapper::run_dlgProc wasn't used and therefore
was
removed.
